About the Event
Screenwriting w/ Maya Macdonald
"Write the story that you want to see told. In this 5 week class we will work to complete a short script, or a piece of a longer script. Whether you have a burning idea yet already or want to discover one this class will help you build and discover how to bring new work to fruition. This is a great place to write the roles and/or stories that you wish you’d get called in for. Along with the group classes we will also have one-on-ones where i will help you find an individualized game plan for completing your first draft – and for inspiring yourself to keep writing after the class is done. The final day will culminate in a reading of your script with actors to help you not only celebrate your hard work, but also to help you learn what your second draft might need."
